Terms and Conditions

Deposits

Certain treatments will require a deposit, you will be advised of this when booking.

We require a non refundable 50% booking fee on all appointments longer than 1 hour or over £30.

Moving Appointments

If you need to move your appointment we require at least 48 hours notice, your booking fee can be used against your rescheduled appointment.

Cancellations

We understand that cancellations can sometimes be unavoidable, however we do ask that you give the salon at least 48 hours notice. No shows and late cancellations may incur a cost or loss of treatment within a course.

Last minute cancellations (after 24 hours) regardless of reason, will require full payment of the treatment / treatments before being able to re-book.

Courses & Vouchers

Any courses of treatments and vouchers purchased with Rejuvenate Beauty must be redeemed within six months of the original purchase.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive in good time, late arrivals scheduled end time can sometimes not be moved as this will cause a delay to the following clients treatment time.

Mobile Phones

We politely ask that you turn off or put your phone on silent whilst in the salon so as not to disturb yours or other peoples treatment.

Children

The salon is not insured for children to be left unattended in reception area, or come into the treatment room whilst certain treatments are taking place. In all other cases, if you do need to bring your child along, please ring in advance so we can fit you in when quiet treatments are not in progress.
